We zijn met 6 motoren en 1 auto hier geweest voor 2 overnachtingen.Toegangsweg is zeer slecht. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen boven en beneden (grind).Huisje zelf is gedateerd, vlonder (dakterras) en delen van boeiboord (goot) zijn rot. Deurdranger van koelkast zat los. Enorme stank in de kelder (schimmel?). Hier en daar wat spinnenwebben (onvoldoende voor het aantal muggen die reeds aanwezig waren). Vliegenhorren zijn grotendeels kapot. Om in de stapelbedden te klimmen moet je atletisch zijn anders stoot je de rug tegen een balk. De slaapkamer met de stapelbeden zijn erg klein, weinig plaats om spullen op te bergen. Lange mensen (1,86m) moeten opletten met de balk in de woonkamer. Spiegel op de badkamer hangt zeer laag. Wasbak (emmer) op de badkamer is gewoon smerig en verroest (leuk idee, maar niet praktisch).Wisser voor douch en vloer ontbreekt. De huurprijs valt mee. De locatie op zich en het uitzicht is prachtig. Omgeving zeer mooi, Hotton ligt op korte afstand voor de boodschappen, maar dat heeft niets met het huis te maken. Verder is de keuken voldoende. Genoeg zitplaatsen in de eetkeuken, woonkamer en op beide terrassen. Bank in de woonkamer is compleet doorgezeten. Let op dat je in het midden van het kussen gaat zitten anders knal je op een lat. De bewaarcontainer (aan de straat) voor het afval zat nog aardig vol. Rondom het huis mag wel eens gesnoeid worden. Container slecht bereikbaar, trap langs het huis dicht begroeid. Mooie salontafel in de woonkamer.Eet tip; B47

Fijn verblijf

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het huis is wat verouderd en verdient wat aandacht qua onderhoud. De locatie is wel prachtig. De wellness kelder is mooi en fijn. Wel is de benedenverdieping behoorlijk muf.

Prachtige plek, lekker vrij mooi uitzicht vallei. Gebouw heel ruim alle voorzieningen, sfeervol.met veel hout. Ultieme plek voor groepen.

Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und Platz für alle. Sauberkeit war grenzwertig alles über 1m war total verstaubt und diverse Spinnweben waren auch zu gegen. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Haus mit Defiziten

Das Schlafzimmer im Keller ist leider nicht nutzbar. Durch die angrenzende Sauna ist es dort viel zu feucht und teilweise befindet sich Schimmel an der Decke. Dadurch hat man auch eine permanente Geruchsbelästigung. Ausserdem ist die Heizungsanlage sehr laut. Nach der ersten Nacht hat ein Pärchen im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Es hätte insgesamt sauberer sein müssen. Überall befanden sich Spinnweben. Die Kissen auf der Sitzbank waren voller Flecken. Leider stand nichts davon in der Anzeige, dass man den Schlüssel in einem Vermietungsbüro abholen musste, welches sich ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt befand. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch.
