The house was easy to find and was in a very quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of parking. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. We had 4 guests and we were comfortable in the sitting area when we were all there.

Clean Home, Sleeps 4 not 6

Home is very clean and nicely remodeled which was great! The living room furniture is different than the photos; it's not the most comfortable selection if you're lounging around. The listing states that it sleeps 6, and we needed one of the twin beds in the living room that the listing says it has. However, the couch that I think is intended to fold down into a bed has sections of 2x4 screwed onto the back so it's not possible to fold down, and not possible to use it to sleep. So, the listing actually sleeps 4 in two queen beds, not 6 as advertised. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but it is walking distance to pizza, a brew pub, the Nugget and other local attractions. Overall a good stay but could be improved with a more accurate listing description.

Walking distance to Victorian square

The property is well maintained and is very well stocked. Meaning you could prepare a meal and clean it up without numerous trips to the store. Walking distance to Victorian Square and many people walking so it felt safe. Convenient to the freeway but not loud. It was a great trip, would chose this location again.

Perfect little place

Our sons team was playing a baseball tournament and we wanted to be in close proximity to the nugget where everyone else was staying. Walking distance to so many cool restaurants and the casino. The property was nicely updated and we loved the backyard. Fully equipped with everything you need!

Concert at the Nugget Event center

Perfect little house to stay if your attending a concert at the Nugget Event Center. Less than a five minute walk and you hear the concert from the rental. Clean house with a small back yard big enough to have BBQ. It is on the small side but we were able to use 2 blow up mattresses. The host was great and responds very quickly.

They heard that my two year old was coming and left toys for him! The whole place was immaculate and there was a park nearby that we went to every day. The sheets were so soft and the bed was sooooo incredibly comfortable (not always the case).
