Analiza, thank you for staying with us. It doesn't look like we received a request to have your room moved, we have plenty of rooms available if you would have requested to move.

The hotel was extremely clean, staff was friendly. The place is just old, and lots of homeless hanging around outside.

Parking garage is a little dirty and inconvenient but motel is great. Security guard in lobby helps guests feel safe. They sent a text message asking usbto text them with questions or concerns.
