Great space, but not very clean.

Great space and facilities. Disssapointed with cleanliness considering a 10am checkout and a 5pm check in (dirty skirting boards, toilet surrond not cleaned, coffee stains on kichen wall, dusty towel radiator). Bathrooms could do with a refurbishment. Curtains and lamps in main bedroom in need of replacement and a horrible smell in the porch needs attention. Dried congealed sugar in sugar bowl. Property smelt like wet dog when we arrived. Towels old and need replacing. Location was good, beds comfy and supply of board games was great. The local shop was lovely.
