In the beginning, there was confusion about the type of room I booked. The issue was solved in three days, and their staffs were responsive and helpful. I generally enjoyed my stay, especially the useful high quality body lotion that relieved my legs from travel tiredness.

The friendly staff, cozy atmosphere of the common areas, and the ocean and mountain view of the bedroom made our stay special. The breakfast was delicious with organic and well prepared with local ingredients. The lentils soup and panini were also superb!

This hotel is just beautifully appointed, and a great value for the price. It was an enjoyable walk from all the main attractions in the heart of the city, and offers a fabulous view of the bay. I would stay here again — it was very romantic.

Room was spacious and clean. I requested a room with a view which was accommodated. The place was in an industrial area so be aware that you have to walk for 5-7 minutes until you get to the “main” area of town with restaurants and shops. The free parking is what did it for me. Breakfast should have been included at the price of the room.

We stayed two nights in this hotel and absolutely loved it. The lovely ladies that checked us in were super friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the water. We didn’t try the breakfast, but it looked nice. We really enjoyed having the free coffee and tea at the front lobby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room was warm, clean and a comfortable size for one person. A few of the lights in the room were not working, and the property could benefit from some attention to damaged walls and general wear and tear. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would be happy to return.

The hotel was very well thought out and the staff were lovely and very helpful. The tea and coffee station 24/7 was a lovely touch. The room was very clean and the products were a lovely touch. I didn’t mind that there was no cleaning throughout the stay as the team made it very clear I could ask for anything else I needed. Lovely hotel and would definitely would recommend to friends and family.
