The buffet at this property was amazing even tho the price it was worth it. The room was actually pretty spacious and clean. Parking was a bit hard to find during the day but at night it was ok. Definitely recommend this property would stay there again. Plus pretty close to several attractions.

We were in a renovated room and it was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the mattress, which felt like the kind of mattress that’s in a sofa bed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your rating and review. We appreciate your positive feedback but sorry to hear that the mattress was not to your liking. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Warmest Regards,

Pros: I thought I would need the city bus pass, but I didn't.
Cons: Provide those simple sleep-masks for each room. Also, the shower needed a little shelf to set the soap while showering.
Location: It was next door to the University of Iceland--important for me. It was also a short walk to downtown. I meant to use the bus, but I never did.
I wanted to take home my mattress, my comforter and my pillow. I also loved having thick curtains during the all-light June month. Thankfully, I had kept Delta's sleep-mask, but that would be a nice addition for each room. I loved the clean, simple rooms. The staff and the ITA Tour staff were very helpful. I really loved my stay. Thank you so much.

Nice Enough

Decent value for money. Good breakfast and service. Rooms were dated and needed maintenance. Located 15 minute walk to downtown. Cab was 15 dollars us.

Pretty okay

We had a nice enough time, but there's plenty to be desired. The bartender was great.

Excellent Hotel

I stayed at this hotel in April 2008 visiting Reykjavik on vacation. The hotel was very modern and the hospitality was very good. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The location of the hotel was a little away from the city center- but was still walkable, or a catching a taxi was easy. I walked to the locations I went to within the city limits and the areas I visited outside the city, like Gullfoss waterfall, I was able to catch a tour bus to go to visit. When I visit Reykavik again, I will definitly stay at this hotel again. There was another Radisson closer to the city-center that I found out about after I arrived in Reykjavik.
