Enter Tyn Pwll (pronounced 'Tin Poo-th') through a spacious porch leading to a large hallway. The functional kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, integrated microwave, oven, tall fridge, under-counter freezer, wine fridge, and washing machine. The kitchen also features a small dining table for children. A utility area with a wet room provides added convenience. The main sitting room boasts a large L-shaped sofa by the bioethanol fire and leads to a beautiful conservatory with table seating for ten, offering garden and lake views. A king-sized bedroom on the ground floor provides easy access. The ground floor also includes a Smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment.

The first-floor hosts four bedrooms with far-reaching views: one bunk room for young children, one double bedroom, one king bedroom, and one super king bedroom. Two family-sized bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a walk-in shower, ensure comfort for all guests.

This is an idyllic property for children and adults alike, with so much to explore, chase (rabbits) and see (horses in the field next door). The garden is perfect for games of hide and seek, tag or simply for a spot of sunbathing. The large garden at Tyn Pwll features a long table and chairs, a BBQ for summer feasts, and captivating views of Llyn Maelog, Traeth Llydan, and Snowdonia. Please note - The lane leading to Tyn Pwll is single track with few passing places, so it should be negotiated with care. Private parking is available for three to four cars.

Return Visit

Had another lovely stay at Tyn Pwll, beautiful location, visited in January the house was lovely and warm even in the huge conservatory, there was plenty of room for everyone, the view from the dining table is amazing. The only sugguestion I would make is the back door key is left somewhere easy to fide, we couldn't find it, it would have been much easier to bring the dog in through the utility room. Would highly recommend this property, I'm sure we will be visiting again.

A very good holiday

A lovely property in a lovely location. Well equipped and ideal for all age groups. The location gives easy access to all parts of the island and mainland. No need to get the car out if you want a walk to the beach, and some lovely places to eat out within the village. Would highly recommend this area and property.

Easter Break

Had a lovely stay, beautiful bedrooms comfy beds very well equiped with everything we needed, having 2 bathrooms upstairs is brilliant. Location is beautiful, lovely views of the lake and the Oyster Catcher which is in walking distance along the boardwalk although could be a bit of a trek for some and not a far walk into Rhosneigr. Would highly recommend staying here the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for my parents.

Two couples with two toddlers

What an amazing house! All the comforts you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Myself and my partner came away with our 2.5 year old and our friends and their little boy. Lovely surprise to see the Christmas tree had been put up for our arrival, it made our stay feel super festive. The house is perfectly set on a hill with the most amazing view. You can sit in the spacious conservatory with a cup of tea (or wine) and look at the views for hours. Lots of walks near by and lovely bars/restaurants. We had the lovely crisp cold weather but even then we enjoyed walks on the beach. The house is suitable for families, friends large groups or small. It’s got WiFi, all the gadgets for the kitchen, central heating, several bathrooms and the comfiest beds. Definitely a 10/10 and would highly recommend! Summer here would be amazing making use of the large garden and soaking up the views in the sunshine. Will definitely be booking again. Many thanks Ruth

Enijoyable stay despite stormy weather!

Lovely house reached down a short but narrow driveway. Nice and clean on arrival and heating was on so it was warm. House and views looked as good as in the pictures on the website. Great location with views over the lake and dunes, and there’s a reasonably walkable route around the lake for anyone who is mobile. Despite high winds and heavy rain for much of our stay we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the conservatory was a great, if noisy, place to watch the weather passing by! Everyone slept well and the bathrooms were clean and decently appointed with shower, basin and toilet in each. The small welcome pack on arrival was a nice addition. The kitchen was spacious and felt new and reasonably well equipped but it did lack a few common things, such as oven gloves, scissors and cheese grater. We’ve been to Anglesey several times and this is our favourite stay in Rhosneigr. The whole process from booking to arrival was smooth and information about the booking and property well communicated.

Stunning property with stunning views

We took our family, my daughter and her husband and their two children (aged 4 and 12 weeks). For a proper beach holiday. We often go abroad, as my son in laws family live abroad and we enjoy lovely holidays. We all said this holiday was absolutely amazing, and was, if not more, enjoyable. The house itself is lovely, very comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy chilling out. The road down to the house from the main road is narrow, and is single track, we never met another car as it only serves the house. The conservatory has the most amazing views over the lake. Starling murmurations over the lake were out of this world. The bedrooms are large with lots of storage. Bathrooms are lovely and modern. The whole house is easy to look after, (boot room etc, outside tap for any sandy dog and human feet!) and plenty of books and games etc. The customer service from the team was amazing, welcome pack on arrival, cheese, biscuits, milk etc. really lovely team. (Thanks Sam for being at the end of the phone for an enquiry. Rosneiger is beautiful, gorgeous dog friendly beach, lovely eateries, local fish and chip shop etc. We would definitely book again.

Great stay with old friends

We stayed at this property in August, we needed somewhere big enough to house 9 adults and a few pooches in a good location to venture to Snowdon. When we arrived at the property we were blown away, the location is perfect and the house is like something out of a film. There were plenty of double rooms so everyone has their own private room with no one doubling up. The house is fantastic. Such a picturesque beautiful home overlooking the lake. We spent the first evening in the conservatory. The only small niggle we had is that after consulting with all our friends we found that the mattresses were not the comfiest, but this did not put us off. The property is around a 40 minute drive from Snowdon, after such a good evening we were contemplating cancelling our walk to spend the whole day at the house. We got back around noon to glorious sunshine so spent the afternoon well into the evening having drinks in the garden catching up with our friends. The lake takes a minute to get to, one of our friends bought a paddleboard and a few went down to the lake to have a paddle. We struggled to get the wifi working, so I sent an email to the team. I wasn't expecting a reply on a Saturday afternoon, but I got a response instantly with the correct WiFi code. We absolutely loved the house, location and weekend. We are well on with discussions to return again next year! We all can't wait.
