Take an advantage of excellent location since you will lodge at an area full of history, cultural and gastronomical discoveries, in walking distance to all major historical monuments, few minutes walk down to Old Riga. Enjoy your morning run in the picturesque Kronvalda park located just behind the building and take a walk in the afternoon along the Daugava river to watch the ferries mooring.

Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of a new modern building with elevator. The apartment is studio type open space that can be easily remodeled to 1 bedroom by isolating the space with the sliding doors (please see the pictures). The entrance area has a large built in closet with hangers and shelves. There is a double bed, a wardrobe with shelves and drawers and a separate chest of shelves in the bedroom area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances for a long comfortable stay. There is a big dining table with 4 comfortable chairs dividing the kitchen from the living room. The living room offers sofa, two large comfortable leather chairs and a TV set. You can enjoy the Dome Cathedral Tower out the window as well as the bank of Daugava river from the other side. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine for your convenience.

In the apartment you'll find:
- A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a full size wardrobe with hangers;
- A double size airbed can be provided upon request;
- A kitchen with a stove, a fridge with a small freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, cooking and dining utensils;
- A living room with a sofa, two comfortable leather chairs, a small table, a TV set;
- Free Wi-fi connection;
- Fresh clean bed linen, towels;
- A hairdryer;
- An iron;
- Hot water (the whole year) and central heating (in the winter);
- In case you need it, I have city guides and can give you practical information about the city.

This place is ideal if you’re coming on a business trip or on vacation. Perfect for 2-3 adults (additional EUR 10/night for the 3rd adult or child over 12 y.o.) or a family of 2 adults with 2 children. Please no pets!
