Beach Front

A stunning beachfront apartment on the first floor of the complex. Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the comfort of your balcony. This is a peaceful apartment complex. Private beach access is a few steps down. This is a relaxing spot where you can enjoy coastal living. The spot is close to downtown Rincon, to surf spots, restaurants, and much more. We bring the beach to your feet.
The space
The property is a beachfront apartment in a gated community called Sol y Playa, in Playa Los Almendros, RincĂłn, Puerto Rico. It is a completely furnished and equipped apartment.

This beautiful space has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the stunning sunsets RincĂłn has to offer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a three-bed bunk bed. Two twin beds and one full bed.

The second bathroom is located next to the second room.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning units.

The living room area has a smart TV with high-speed WIFI.

The dining and kitchen areas have an air conditioning unit and one ceiling fan.

This unit also provides a private laundry room.

The unit is completely equipped.

Table games, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided to our guests.

Guest access
It is highly recommended to rent a car. Rincon is located on the lower northwest corner of Puerto Rico in the area known as the Porta del Sol, approximately 2.5 – 3 hours driving time from the capital city of San Juan (SJU) and a 45 minute driving time from Aguadilla Airport (BQN).

Allied, Budget, and Avis car rental companies all offer locations at the San Juan Airport and the Aguadilla (BQN) Puerto Rico Airport. Budget car rental also offers a location in Añasco/Mayaguez which is only about 20 minutes from Rincon. This makes returns, pick-ups, car exchanges, or handling any necessary issues quick and easy.

Rincon is easily accessed off of a major highway which makes visiting a breeze, yet set back enough to retain its signature secluded, small-town vibe.

The apartment has two back-to-back gated parking.

Great stay

Wonderful time at this condo. Open up the back door and walk right into the beach (seriously)! Beach chairs included! The condo was well equipped and clean. The kitchen was great and the rooms were spacious. A short drive into town for great food and tasty drinks. Great communication with property manager. Would recommend.

Nice place on the beach!

This is a great apartment, and it is right on the beach. Walk down just a short ways and you can reach a great swimming area; drive into town (5 minutes) and you can access lots of good eating and other great beaches. Thanks!

All day beach fun!

The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped, quiet, and RIGHT ON the beach. The beds were comfortable with tons of pillows. The living room had plenty of comfortable furniture. The kitchen had lots of counter space and plenty of gadgets and supplies to cook with. We had the double doors open out to the beach-view balcony any time we were home. A little gate opened on the balcony to let us out onto the beach, truly a perfect setup. The beach outside the place was sandy, with really good castle building sand. The water itself was great to swim in for adults, though there were usually some waves so not a calm water place for small child water play. Sea turtles frequent the area, which was awesome to experience. The "public" beach next to the property is frequented by some locals mostly on the weekends, but it was never too busy or loud. There is a river emptying out into the ocean (depending on the tide) about 200m to the north and south of the property. Our toddler loved to go to the rivers and play. The locals were friendly, lots of shopping and eating options close by in Rincon, and two grocery stores 5 minutes down the road! The only real downsides are there are no calm beaches (we have a 3 year old so that was important) and very few good hikes nearby. We stayed a month and loved every minute. Amazing sunsets, swam every day, and enjoyed the relative peace and quiet.

Rincon’s jewel by the beach

We were very pleasantly surprised that their description of their happy place somehow falls short of what this unit truly provides. We were very happy to find a well maintained, tastefully decorated and fully stocked condo with all the key necessities to help make our stay very comfortable. Would definitely iteñy stay again.
