Excellent location on Copa beach. Many great restaurants are nearby. Room size is appropriate. Shower is very comfortable. Breakfast is okay not great. The only complaint is bathroom vanity easily got wet due to small vanity and water spill.

We just left the hotel and we’re already planning our next trip. The hotel location is great. We visited for my fiancé’s 40th birthday, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our first time in Rio. The staff was fantastic, from the check in, to the beach staff (Chaz was amazing!), to the restaurant. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We’ll definitely be booking with Mercure Rio Boutique again, and will be recommending to friends and family. Job well done! Our only feedback- the towels were a little rough, it’s time for some new ones. Other than that, 5 stars!

The property is beautiful and located right across the street from Copacabana Beach. Lots of food options and even a supermarket nearby. Our room had a little wear and tear but was overall clean. Staff was very helpful and quick.
