J'avais la chambre 303 avec balcon et vue partielle sur la mer... On traverse la rue et on plonge dans l'eau sans sargasses je prĂ©cise. HĂŽtel assez proche des quelques lieux nocturnes mais sans ĂȘtre confrontĂ© Ă  la gĂȘne de la musique. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner est servi dans le restaurant Bean Crazy. Restaurant juxtant l'hĂŽtel qui est ouvert le midi mais pas le soir... C'est un hotel sympathique et bien placĂ© avec un personnel agrĂ©able. Si je retourne Ă  West End, ce sera Ă  cet endroit. En plus, il a un parking spacieux Ă  l'arriĂšre de l'hĂŽtel. Parking juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du trĂšs bon restaurant italien "Pazzo Italian Restaurant Italian"...J'ai bien aimĂ© egalement le restaurant "La Ruta del Sabor 503" (Tester Pupusa, pollo chuco) A trĂšs bientĂŽt je l'espĂšre

Great location! I couldn't have made a better choice by choosing this hotel as I wanted to be close to the beach and walking distance feom everything. That is exactly what I got. Beach is right acrosse the street, I could here the ocean from my room. The check-in was fast and easy, great service! They offer transportation from and to the airport wich was also really simple and they were on time. The rooms are clean and simple, confortable beds wich is hard for me to find. I really appreciated the common area, where you can just relax and enjoy the sunset on the beach. Really great restaurants, bars, groceries, water-taxi within 10 minutes walk. Can get a little noisy as you are in the middle of the action but it was not a problem for me to sleep. No negative for me. I would definitely recommand!!

j'ai apprécié les aspects de propreté, confort, sécurité, professionnalisme mais l'environnement auditif est tellement considérable (chiens qui jappent trÚs tÎt le matin,musique tard dans la nuit et tÎt le matin(jusqu'à 5h45)) que je ne serais pas à l'aise de le recommander. Louis Noël

Nice hotel extremely well located in the heart of West End. The room was big, confortable and quiet! The staff was very nice and helpful. The only down side was the breakfast in the morning; it was a bit dull... missing a bit more fruit or color to make it truly Honduran! Otherwise, great place to spend your holiday on that wonderful island.

Hands down best place to stay when in Roatan. The hotel, rooms, accommodations and staff are hands down the best. Clean updated rooms, steps from water with free towels and chairs while at the beach. Security is always watching and protecting even though there is now reason for them. Check-in was awesome and make sure you call if you have rental car for directions and Santiago will meet you and help parking. Don’t skip out on coffee shop as that was the best coffee (wife bought 6# to bring home, but food and staff are amazing. A must stay if you want an amazing stay in Roatan.

The location is perfect across from half moon bay. We swam out to the swinging ship and swam In the ocean. The hotel is convenient to ALL of the restaurants in west end. We walked from one end to the other in 45 minutes and there were so many restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff was wonderful. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with private balcony and two queen beds. The room was very spacious and perfectly decorated. The outdoor space had a huge shared patio and long balcony overlooking the ocean. It took a while for the hot water in the shower to heat up but after about 10 Minutes- we had hot water. The ac was great. There was bottled water to refilll bottles outside the room. I would recommend Mr. Toucans.

We had an amazing stay at Mr. Tucans. We stayed in room 214 the double bed open layout with kitchenette. It was spotless when we showed up. The houskeeping crew kept it spotless and filled with fresh linens. The beach is exactly 22 steps from the front door to the water. The free breakfast was 7/10. Not really enough to fill you up, but good. The staff was always helpful with questions and printing out our return airline tickets. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed the street tacos from the vendor by the roundabout. Its one building the the east of the hotel. Dont forget to try out Sandy Buns located a few buildings to the west. That was by far the best food and portion size we came across. Make sure to try out the Baleadas. They were only $2 and filling.

Clean and neat room. Staff was helpful. Location was beautiful with an outside deck to die for. Wish my stay was longer. Beautiful view of West Bay. It’s not a 5 star resort, but worth more than the price.

Great location and right across from a small beach. Walking distance to scuba and restaurants. Next time we will upgrade to a large suite but it was clean and had a mini fridge and safe.

The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We absolutely would return. The room was a good standard. The only drawback was i thought I'd booked a room with a kitchenette, but i hadn't. That was my mistake and if i returned i would opt for that next time. There was a small fridge but for a two week stay, we could have benefited from a a kitchen. Other than that. Truly wonderful wiho the reef no the doorstep!

The room was very clean. The location to the beach was stellar!! The little rooftop social deck for guests was so much fun (and we made some amazing friends), the location is generally quiet with just the right amount of people out and about. Loved how we got beach towels and beach chairs as we needed. The Bean Crazy breakfasts are top notch!! Their coffee is amazing. It’s great that the hotel has drinking water for guests (water cooler). Lots of little stores nearby that sell drinks and snacks. Negatives: the staff was maybe too laid back and never around when needed, they had a couple days where the tv was out and one day when the internet was out, the bed was not very comfy, the showers rarely had hot water. A person had to be careful of the traffic on the road and on Saturday nights, the motorbike sounds are insane, zipping up and down the road,

Mr. Tucan exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend staying there. The property is well kept, rooms are excellent with all the amenities, and great internet access. The staff is accommodating, helpful, friendly, and all around amazing. The location is excellent, extremely close to the beach, and the rest of town. The Crazy Bean cafe/restaurant on the property is also amazing. There are several choices to choose from with the included breakfast. Any of the breakfast or other meals we had a Crazy Bean were delicious and some of the best coffee I've had anywhere. The staff at Crazy Bean are also amazing. Mr Tucan is very well run and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Overall a good stay. Ideal location right on the main beach. Some of the rooms are stuck way out back and quite a climb, the rest are ok. Most of the staff are pleasant, one wasn't. They are very flexible on check in time and will let you in the room if there is one available, no matter how early you show up, which is appreciated. Rooms are large and well appointed. Nice ahava brand toilettries.
