Our room had no hot water. We took freezing cold showers. The front desk indicated that it is a common occurrence. They think it’s because the pipes freeze when it’s cold?!! The temp that morning was 53. Their only offer was to find another room for us to try and shower in and run our water for 30more minutes to see if it would get to warm. The mattresses were worn out, old conditions, windows were covered in scum build up preventing the outside view. Definitely not worth 210$! Renovations are planned… I do not recommend you stay here until they are. The front desk manager said because I booked through Travelocity they could not credit me any money back. The manager offered 1,000 IHG bonus points as compensation! The room was 30,000 points…. So basically 3.00!

I stayed in a handicap accessible room and was given a broken TV. I believe that due to my disability they didn't care. I reported the TV broken and was asked if I wanted to move room and it was too much for me to do after a long travel for business so they told me someone would come the next day to swap it out. Nobody ever came. Whats the reason for a $100 accidental hold if clearly the last person did not pay to replace the TV, I was hurt by being lied to about the TV. This ruined my experience at this Holiday Inn which I usually love staying at.
