Great apartment, not managed well
We loved the apartment. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Check-in was very simple and appreciated that there was a parking space. Downside was the management- slow to respond and the check-in time (4pm) is ridiculously late and unreasonable. I was traveling with a 1-year-old and needed to check into the apartment around 2p.m. but they refused- were not accommodating at all. There was also no instruction about where to put the trash and recycling. I emailed but their response was very slow and all they said was "we don't see anything about recycling." We ended up having to throw everything into garbage bins behind a restaurant. Just wish they had provided clearer information and had been accommodating with the check-in and out times. But the apartment was just amazing and lovely for a family.

Great downtown stay in Rockland, ME
Stayed here over the holidays with three adults. Was a great location in downtown Rockland above commercial shops overlooking Main street. Walkable to cafes for breakfast and all the sites in downtown. Having a parking spot just behind building was super convenient as well. Apartment has been tastefully remodeled with great interior and all the amenities you need (washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, speedy internet, etc). Would recommend for families and adults traveling looking for a central and walkable stay in Rockland, ME. Had issues with heat and had a quick response from property manager. The rental is managed through a 3rd party called Vacasa.

not happy with local management
If you are going to supply coffee maker make sure you have the appropriate filter, also make sure that the filter for the coffee machine is clean, my coffee filter was very dirty, make sure that you have serving trays also make sure that there's a place to dispose of garbage, I was told to hold on the garbage until I left, totally unacceptable. apartment was 44-50 steps up , was never aware of thaty,r local management was not very affective. I will never boo,k through you
