Holiday Home 'Sonnenpark 44' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Enjoy your vacation right by Lake Neubäu with beautiful lake views, a private terrace, and Wi-Fi.



We offer you a newly furnished bungalow half with 53 square meters, two queen-size beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a sunny terrace.



A parking space is located directly next to the apartment. High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Pets such as dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a leash in shared areas.



In the separate laundry room of Sonnenpark (Building 1), coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available, making it easy for you to do laundry during longer stays. There is also a shared sauna (coin-operated).



For summer days, two loungers, a sun umbrella, and a barbecue are available free of charge.



In the colder season, a modern pellet stove ensures a cozy atmosphere and warm nights.



The holiday home is located in a natural, fenced residential complex directly on Lake Neubäu, offering many leisure activities such as swimming at the Sonnenpark’s private beach or hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. A forest playground for children is right next to the entrance gate of Sonnenpark.



For guests arriving by public transport, Neubäu train station is ideally located just 15 minutes away. A supermarket can also be reached within a few minutes.

House rules: Smoking and vaping inside (except on the terrace) and loud parties are not allowed. Visitors not specified in the booking are not permitted. The maximum occupancy of 4 applies at all times (children under 2 years excepted).
