The apartment has been completely renovated and is located 3 minutes walk from the Vatican Museums and the Ottaviano Metro. It is located in an area with numerous shops, restaurants and also a local market with internal parking.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms for 6 people:
Orange room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Gray room with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Blue room 'with two single beds and a private bathroom outside the room.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob. It is equipped with all utensils, dishes, toaster, Espresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
The apartment has a small utility room with washing machine, ironing board and drying rack. All bedrooms and living room have LCD TV, air conditioning and free wifi. All three bathrooms are furnished with a shower cubicle and equipped with a hairdryer.

Awesome place

Great location - 1-2 blocks from metro, grocery stores, market and busses. Very clean and spacious. Wonderful host provided a little Christmas tree, panetone and prossecco to help us feel festive. I would highly recommed this place when in Rome

Exceeded expectations! Would book again.

This apartment home was perfect for my husband and I along with our four adult daughters ages 18 to 22. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious. Check-in was extremely smooth, all necessary details for using amenities in the apartment were well explained. The location of this apartment was perfect as well! Only one block from the metro, 2 1/2 blocks to the grocery store, and excellent places to eat out all within walking distance. I can’t say enough about this apartment except that I 100% would book it again if I was coming back to Rome with our four daughters. It was perfect! Paola was an excellent communicator and answered any questions I had. We didn’t have a single negative experience or issue in the home. This truly was a five star stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Great apartment in central location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Paola’s apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and nicely furnished. The location is great, very close to the Vatican. The bus station is in front of the apartment and the metro station is also very close. We parked our car in the parking garage just a few walking minutes from the apartment. Paola was very responsive. Check-in was easy. The street in front of the apartment is very busy from 7 am to midnight, such that it is a bit noisy when you open the window at that time. But for us this was no problem at all. We only opened the window in the kitchen which opens to a very nice inner courtyard where you can hear the birds singing. We fully recommend the apartment.

3 weeks in Rome

The apartment is amazing. Walking distance to metro, bus line, Vatican and a great variety of shops and eateries nearby. We had friends and family with us for three weeks and never had an issue. Apartment is exactly as advertised, very secure and location very safe. We never had any doubt letting the kids wander the neighborhood on their own. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect Location!

We greatly enjoyed our visit. The property was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is perfect. Close to the subway, train stops and walking distance to the Vatican. We found this to be a perfect jumping off point for exploring Rome. Communication with the owner/manager was top notch!

The apartment was very clean. Although it was a non-smoking apartment it smelled of smoke perhaps from outside or other apartments. There was a courtyard in the middle but it was under construction and we couldn't enjoy it. I'm sure it will be beautiful once construction completed. The location was very close to the Vatican and walkable to many of the tourist attractions. Metro station close by as well. We enjoyed our time in Rome.

Perfect Location and Perfect for 6 people

We are a party of 6 traveling with 2 college daughters and my parents (in their 80’s). The apartment was in a perfect location for sight seeing. Very clean and nice and felt very safe and secure. Super tiny elevator (knew that before we even booked) so it took a few trips to get our luggage up and then back down at check out but the elevator was perfect for my parents to use while the rest of us enjoyed taking the stairs to burn off the yummy food we ate while out sight seeing. Not a huge area for everyone to gather but for the amount of time we spent inside the apartment during the day it was not an issue at all. Our host set up transfers from the airport and to our cruise ship and was very responsive with any questions and great at check in. A truly fabulous apartment and stay!

Excellent Location Has It All

This well appointed 3- bedroom had everything our group of five needed for a full week stay. There is a selection of good restaurants and grocery options. Paola is a super host for sure. We look forward to bringing friends and family back again.

Even better than advertised!!

This place is sparkling clean, well organized and beautiful. The touches of signed art, gorgeous bathrooms and pretty lighting made our stay welcoming! The facade of the courtyard was being redone, but it looked so charming, I must come back to see it complete! Very close to the orange line metro, a few minutes away from Vatican, and everything you could want all around. We loved the neighborhood! Had no problem navigating the city from here. Metro was a breeze and cabs picked up right outside. If you enjoy walking which we did often, it was about a 30 minute beautiful walk with something to notice around every corner, from the sights across the river. Don’t forget to grab a gelato around the way which makes the stroll a dream! When tired we caught a bus. Our phone directions worked perfectly. Access into the flat was easy and convenient! Would highly recommend!

Great Roman apartment

Accommodations were perfect, we had an early morning Vatican tour booked
we were able to walk to the Vatican it was that close. Paola the host was great, even after check in she was available to assist us with some local logistics questions
.the apartment had everything you would need. Having your own bedroom and bathroom while traveling with family was a nice luxury. The apartment was beautifully updated and the showers were fantastic. Will stay here again!

Summer in Rome

Our stay in Rome was great. Paola was really helpful. She helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the train station. She meet us when we arrived and when we left. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out great. Perfect for our family of 6. Wonderful location. A lot of restaurants and two blocks from Vatican. We were able to walk to every attraction. Paola was great. Extremely available and accommodating. She helped us set up a car to airport at end of our visit nearly last minute due to taxi/ Uber conflicts. Extremely well appointed apartment, clean. Would certainly stay here again if back in Rome.

Perfect stay in Rome

We had a wonderful time in Rome and could not have wanted for a better place to stay! Paola is a great host. Very friendly and helpful in her communication. The location of the apartment is perfect. Only minutes away from the Vatican. And just across the street there is a nice cafe to start your day. The apartment is modern, clean and with good wifi & beds. When we visit Rome again this will be the first place I will try to book.

Perfect for our family of four (including teen boy and girl)

Paola's apartment was ideal on so many levels. The location is super convenient - a stone's throw from the Vatican and subway. There is a super abundance of restaurants and cafes nearby (shout out to Tony and Dino's where they didn't allow for ordering off the menu, just dumped course after course on to the table, with good natured "manga, manga!"). Note there is an American jazz club close by -Alexanderplatz. The apartment itself is ideal for people who need limited (but very adequate) communal space and private bathrooms and bedrooms. Two bedrooms face the street but not too noisy, the other very quiet faces garde Everything was in great working order and cozy. Despite the tiny elevator that was available, we enjoyed (needed) the 4th floor walk up to burn off the calories. Paola was lovely and let us check in early. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was exactly as pictured, which was perfect for 3 couples traveling together. Paola was an excellent hostess. She went above and beyond and added a dryer to her unit to help us with our stay. A great location to see the Vatican and we found many good restaurants close by.
