Elegant Rome apartment located on the first floor in a prestigious building served by elevator and guarded by a trusted door-keeper, Ripetta House is the perfect accommodation to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Rome. This beautiful and refined apartment to rent in Rome is composed by a spacious living-dining room lit up by several windows on both sides, tastefully furnished with a dining table with seats for 8 people and a sofa; a second living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 armchairs and TV SAT. Close to the entrance is the modern kitchen , fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious Italian dinner: fridge and freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, pots and crockery. A beautiful aisle with windows overlooking the inner courtyard leads to the night area of Ripetta House: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom characterized by an isolated bath-tub and double wash-basins; and a second bedroom with twin beds or double bed, walk-in closet and a small modern bathroom with shower. You will surely love the white wooden ceiling in the living room and the impressive number of windows.

Lovely large flat well located in Rome

We had a wonderful Christmas staying at this well located and very nice flat. The very kind owners helped us with transportation from the airport and let us to show us around the apartment. It was clean and the perfect size for our family and a quick 15 minute walk to most locations in the city we needed to see.

We stayed in April 2024 for 7 nights. Our family appreciated the location, the helpful owner and the spacious floorplan with 2 bathrooms. We found the apartment quiet, clean, functional and comfortable although I would describe the place as more "antique" (wear & tear) than expected.

Centrally Located and Spacious

This house fitted our needs perfectly. Located minutes away from Piazza di Popolo and the Spanish Steps, it gave us walking access to many of the key spots and quick bus/cab ride to the others. The house itself was quite spacious with two large bedrooms and two big bathrooms. The living area was huge. The host Luca was always just a text away and quite helpful.

Beautiful home in Rome

If you like older properties (we do!) this charming apartment is in a bustling section of Rome. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historical places. The home is very comfortable and had all we needed for our group for three days. Emanuel’s was welcoming and knew so much about the area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all who don’t mind a flight of stairs

When in Rome!

We arrived at the property later than planned due to some travel delays. However were greeted with kindness and care. The property was reviewed closely with staff and guests and then we started exploring. The property is in a perfect location (we walked everywhere) and perfect size for 4 adults. Host was amazing and helpful The location allows you to walk to Vatican and to collesuem, shopping, Spanish steps, Trevi, etc The longest walk was to the coloseum which was a roughly 20 minute walk (There are taxis, public transport options as well) The place itself has great space and ideal for a family The only negative is the AC isn’t phenomenal by usa standards but even in very hot August it would cool off enough at night Still 5 stars and nice and quiet at night

The property is well situated in the heart of Rome, central to all tourist attractions.The apartment is very nice, authentic Italian decor albeit a bit tired, this property was perfect for our needs, using it only as a base.The shower in bedroom 1 was fairly good, toilet clean, bedroom 2 shower was much better, beds were clean but noted no mattress or pillow protectors in place which was a bit off putting.Watch out for electric sockets, all different shapes and sizes not many actually fitted my EU adapters. On the hole, very enjoyable stay in this apartment even thou it had its ups and downs.Owner was very helpful and was there to greet us on arrival, showing and telling us everything we needed to know, which was great, very friendly door man too. Would definitely use again in the future.

Starting with the plus: We were extremely happy with the location and the beds were really comfortable! The hosts were responsive and very kind.This property was much more rundown than what the pictures show. It was clean, but it could use a LOT of maintenance and repairs. Nothing was major but there are lots of simple things like flickering lights, loose floor tiles, broken hinges, slow wifi connection etc.The listing description was well written but leads you to believe it's much more modern and updated than it is.

This property is in a fabulous location! The listing is spot on! Communications with owner were excellent, updates all along the way, the meeting with and checking in was beyond wonderful!! It is an older building but provided all we needed and we felt very safe! We walked to Trevi every evening and had gelato, the grocery was just around the corner so we were able to shop and have food at the apartment. Dishes, stove, dishwasher, etc…we can not say enough good about these folks and their space! We are already thinking about our next trip and how we can bring other adult children for an adventure in Rome! We will stay here again! Thank you so much, it was such a blessing to use your space!! Great location in a beautiful old city building

We loved our stay in this beautiful old fashioned apartment. The location was great, easy access to public transport for farther excursions, and an easy walk to Vatican or central Rome. We had a heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning was a life saver. Loved the quirky layout of the apartment, and the master bath is one of a kind. The kitchen is functional, but rather small. Was not a problem, since we never cooked, just had breakfast there, but if you want to cook, it is kind of limited space wise. The double bed in the master, and two single beds in the second bedroom were ideal for us traveling with two teens. Our host and the doorman were very helpful and friendly if we needed tips or information. I can recommend this apartment, I would go there again, if I make it back to Rome.
