Room was a little warm, but opening the window worked. The shuttle was very convenient and a much better price than a taxi, so we definitely appreciated that option. We walked into the main area for restaurants and had a wonderful meal at Secondo Riva. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Easy 5 minute walk from hotel. The breakfast was also wonderful. Many options and very satisfying. Even opened up 20 minutes early which helped us make the shuttle back to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay. Staff were great apart from first girl on reception who didn't appear bothered to answer our queries about how to travel to Ostia Antica. Local waitress gave us accurate advice though. A problem in room was dealt with very quickly while we were out. Shuttle to and from airport was so efficient and saved any uncertainty. Hotel was like an oasis in a not so attractive area.

The rooms were exquisitely done and spotless. It takes its designation as a museum seriously lovely art all around. The staff, lively,helpful,attentive, and they really make you feel at home. Very good breakfast spread. And two adorable cats that greet visitors. Would definitely stay here again!!! Book it, if they have the availability. You won't be disappointed.

All the Hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean, however the AC wasn’t cooling the room (it was November and 55F outside, but the room was hot)and we were told to open the windows. That helped cool the room, but then we heard airplanes most of the night. It didn’t disturb our sleep, but some people it might.
