This large hillside villa has 5 double bedrooms with aircon, a heated pool, breathtaking views and sits on a hill overlooking the meditteranean sea in Les Issambres, on the coast near Sainte Maxime. It is ideal for families and friends.
When you arrive our housekeeper greets you and shows you round.

Set on two levels: the master bedroom, dining room, sitting room and kitchen are on the upper floor with a large dining patio overlooking the sea and the hills to St Tropez.

Bedrooms:
There are 5 bedrooms: 4 doubles and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite shower rooms (1 bathroom), air-conditioning and french doors onto the garden. We have solar power so are environmentally friendly.
The villa has 4 star French classification. It is our family holiday home. The furniture is shabby chic.
Pool:
The large, private, heated, salt water swimming pool, 10m x 4m, overlooks the bay. There is a "Chat and Chill" poolside bar with a fridge, bar and sink.
Dining:
The villa has interior and exterior dining for 12 and truly magnificent views of the gulf of St Tropez and the Mediterranean sea. You, your family and friends will have a very peaceful holiday here. No one overlooks Gulf Stream.
Facilities:
We provide linen and 2 towels per guest.There is private parking for 2 cars and on street parking for 2 more.
The granite and steel kitchen has ample cutlery and white china for 12. A large Samsung fridge and freezer, an ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and cooker and Nespresso and filter coffee machines.
The dining room has a marble and glass table for 12.
The spacious sitting room has 3 sofas with a 52 inch flat screen TV with free to view UK TV, also streaming on an Apple TV box: Netflix, Amazon Prime film. It has air-con.
There is Wi-fi through out the villa.

We have good mobile phone reception.

The villa has a separate BBQ patio in marble and steel, gaz powered.

We provide an English and German fiction book library and a DVD library with the Harry Potter series, the Bond movie series, Pixar and Disney movies and some classic box sets: Homeland etc.

The first floor patio runs the breadth of the villa and has a large exterior dining table seating 10, with a beautiful view of the bay and 4 armchairs for after dinner brandies and star gazing.

Families of 12:
There is a double sofa bed for 2 more guests if you have families with kids. We provide a baby cot, stair gate and high chair.

On the pool sun patios are 10 sun loungers. You may also enjoy the full size ping pong table and the boules pitch.

Gyms:
On the first floor is an air-conditioned gym with a running machine and cross trainer with a flat screen TV and Apple TV streaming.
On the ground floor is the hot gym with an Abs trainer and bike.

The rental price is all inclusive.
Staff Services and Local Tax included: gardeners and pool men are included in the rental price. A full clean before you arrive is included. The housekeeper makes the beds with fresh linen all included in the price for your arrival.

The house keeper will help you on arrival. If you wish her to clean daily you can negotiate an additional price locally.

Child cots and a high chair and push chair and car chair are available at the villa.
There is a laundry/washing machine room in the garage at the villa.

Nearby: St Tropez:
It takes 15 minutes by ferry to the village of St Tropez.
Positioned 10 minutes drive from the historic town of Ste Maxime and 5 minutes drive from the seaside village of Les Issambres, the local coast has white sandy beaches and is ideal for a beach holiday. The award winning La Nartelle beach is 10 minutes from the villa and has 8 high quality beach restaurants and water sports. The beaches are is safe for children.

Motor boat hire:
you can rent a motor boat from Les Issambres port 15 minutes away. Go snorkelling, visit Pampelonne beach

Local Activities:
Aquapark: There is a great Aqua park 10 minutes drive from the villa with fun for the whole family for the day.
SCUBA: There is scuba-diving from Ste Maxime port and Les Issambres Port.
Golf: Ste Maxime has a challenging woodland golf course overlooking the gulf with breathtaking views, you can pay and play in season.
Other Activities: go carting in Frejus is 15 minutes drive.
Sailing and tennis: there are clubs in Les Issambres.
Mountain walking: the Massive Des Maures sit behind the villa and are perfect for hiking and walking. We are 2 hours from the Gorge du Verdun.

Day trips: The best day trips are: to the village of St Tropez by Bateau Verte ferry; drive to the Gorge du Verdun; drive to Cannes for the film festival and to Monte Carlo for the casino and the grand Prix; and drive to Auberge La Mole for great food.

Rentals: Gulf Stream Villa is available all year round.
