Our cozy apartment features a double bedroom, a living/dining room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a large furnished balcony. The property comes with: a safe, a microwave, a kettle, an American coffee machine, a washing machine, A/C, and one private parking space per booking. It can host up to four guests. Located in a green area, 600 m from the beach and 50 m from the center (Viale dei Pini). °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
