This cozy, fresh houseboat is ideal for spending a lot of time outdoors. The terrace has a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meal or coffee. On your sun terrace you have a nice lounge and you can enjoy the view and life in a marina. The interior is bright and appealing. There are 2 bedrooms, one with bunk beds, a nice bathroom with shower and a living room with open kitchen. The house is suitable for 4 people, eventually the sofa bed in the living room can be used for 2 more children.
In the characteristic center of the fortified town of Hellevoetsluis is this beautiful new houseboat (2018). The location is really beautiful and ideal for cyclists and water sports enthusiasts who want to explore the surroundings. At 20 minutes distance you will find the North Sea beach of Ouddorp. After another 10-15 minutes you can reach the Brouwersdam near popular seaside resorts like Renesse and Burgh-Haamstede. Between Hellevoetsluis and Rockanje you will find many beaches where your dog can run free. In addition, Hellevoetsluis offers everything for a pleasant stay with museums, stores, restaurants and of course plenty of attention to water sports. In summer, the vibrant heart of Hellevoetsluis hosts many events for young and old . From the marina (Marina Hellevoetsluis) you can also make beautiful trips with your (rented) boat to the North Sea or across the rivers via the Spui.
The area at the Haringvliet is very popular with anglers. Because of the favorable conditions, you can fish practically all year round. You can go to the Haringvliet locks and the entrance to Stellendam harbor in the summer. In the other seasons Hellevoetsluis, Middelharnis and along the island Tiengemeten are good places to fish.

Nice and cosy accommodation
We (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog) had 1 week on the floating house. It is small but enough. Very clean, nice surrounding.

Wunderschönes Hausboot in optimaler Lage
Mitten im alten Militärhafen, neben Museumsschiffen und kleineren Booten gelegen, mit Rundumblick und direkter Sicht auf die alte Mühle (die sich sogar an einem Tag drehte). Das Hausboot ist optimal für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu 2 Kindern. Wie man die "nur" 28 m² hier ausgenutzt hat, macht sprachlos. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wie ein optimal gestaltetes Tiny-House - nur auf dem Wasser. Da mitten im alten Hafen nur leichter Seegang, somit auch für "Seekranke" eine Alternative. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es gab überhabt nichts was Abzüge machen sollte oder könnte.
Lage und Aufenthalt als Gesamtpaket sehr zu empfehlen.Eine neue Erfahrung und das alles direkt am Wasser.Dies sollte jeder mal gemacht haben,werde es wieder so in Planung nehmen.
