Prepare fresh local ingredients in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When itâs time to eat, gather around the dining table for three. This three-story home sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms. Sleep soundly in the sunlit primary suite, featuring a king bed and delightful views of the sound. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, two twin beds, a 35â smart TV with a DVD player, and direct deck access. The guest bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath is located just off the kitchen.
Enjoy gorgeous views of Muscongus Sound from two decks. Dine alfresco at the table for three. A rocky trail in the backyard leads down to the waterâs edge. (Please note that swimming is discouraged.) Additional guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
