The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming! However, the rooms were outdated and the shower was disgusting, no one showered the 2 days we were there. The room also gave us horrible allergies, maybe mold? The hotel was updated in the lobby, but the rooms needs help.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel is outdated, and the service failed to meet basic expectations. I booked a prepaid reservation through Expedia that clearly included breakfast, yet the morning front desk staff refused to honor it, claiming it didn’t apply because the booking was made through Expedia. That explanation is unacceptable. The only positive was the night front desk associate who checked me in—she was professional and courteous. Until this property corrects its policies and staff training, I will avoid this Courtyard Marriott and do not recommend it. I will also be reporting this issue to Expedia.

Was the noisiest hotel I've been to in a long time. Kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors at all hours. There was a cheer leaders competition in town and I guess this is where they all stayed. With the high price they charge for a room you would think the lobby would give us free coffee. The coffee in the room was not worth drinking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean
