The room was quiet and had may amenities. The TV in the bedroom is huge, it was fun to watch movies on it. The WiFi is also very strong. There is a grocery store very close by and a nice park very close also. The space was pretty clean, although the fan had a lot of dust on it and there was dust behind the bed. Also, the dryer exhaust blows into the bathroom, it doesn’t lead outside, so if you run the dryer it becomes very hot and humid in the space. There was also a strange smell when I arrived, I had to leave the windows open most of the time for fresh air. It was quiet, but the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors. The back area is a good place for dogs. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and it was worth the price.

Small, well-stocked apartment

Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. Communication was prompt and clear. We loved having a full kitchen available. We heard muffled noise from other apartments but nothing out of the ordinary and it certainly didn’t interrupt our sleep. We are not used to road noise, maybe this was in the normal realm for a city apartment also.The mattress was very firm, even for my husband who likes a firm mattress. The 1,500 security deposit (refundable) seemed excessive for a 3-night stay in a small Vrbo. It felt like an attempt to push customers into purchasing the non-refundable protection plan. Pros - Price - Provided supplies (extra towels, extra blankets, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, pans, toaster, etc.) - Full-sized kitchen appliances - Full-sized washer & dryer - Nice, large shower - Parking spot - Large TV’sCons - Location (homeless in the area, businesses on either side) - Road noise - Very firm bed - 1,500 security deposit

A good budget option

Every need is accounted for — I especially appreciated the kitchen, which had pots and pans, a gas stove, and a brand new dish washer. The space was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being situated on a busy road.

Small, clean apartment

Property manager was really kind. He was there when I arrived and assured me I can call him for any issues. My problem was the location (I should have paid more attention to the listing) and the noise level of guests in the other apartments. I could hear exactly what the neighbors were watching well past 10:00 at night. Also, people were in and out the front door all night and you could hear it every time. So loud I got little sleep. The place was clean and small and the owner kindly accepted my dog at the last minute. I just couldn’t get past the noise.

Great communication

The owner was really kind, easy to get ahold of, informative, and helpful. This worked perfectly for us because we planned to be busy and only stay in the room at night. The place was small, but that was expected and perfect for what we needed. The couch was a bit hard, but it folds into a bed and then the mattress in the closet fits perfectly on top of it and it was a reasonable bed for the 3rd person. All-in-all I would stay again!

Home away from home

Husband and I stayed over a week in this lovely apartment. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Shahid’s communication was impeccable. Such a fast and timely manner. We recommend this place for your next stay!
