Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Bonus of airport shuttle appreciated. Rooms? Eh. First room had ants in bathroom which the housekeeper lady tried to gaslight me and tell me it was completely normal. Well! I disagree after paying to stay in a hotel whose responsibility it is to deal with those issues. Anyway. Second room. Extra pillows didn’t appear ‘fresh’. Smoke alarm was missing. Bedside table had some substance on the shelf. Cleanliness could have been much better.

Room very good. Breakfast very good. Check in very good. House keeping lousy. After initial first night. Room not made up, no fresh towels or supplies refurbished. Seems to be growing trend with many hotels. Staffing issues primary reason for low rating. Otherwise good.

I love staying here. Its been my 4th year and best choice. I fly in to see my family. I enjoyed the remodel and all the modern amenities. The rooms look amazing. I've always enjoyed breakfast with my family in the dinning room. Cant wait to book my next visit. Oh the 2 bedroom suites are perfect its like an apartment. So spacious. Thetes basketball courts and a swimming pool with jacuzzi. Ive had a birthday party here for my daughter while we were visiting from texas. We used the grills and had a great time. Thank you homewood suites. Your loyal customer.

I just lived it here. I will stay in this one or another Hilton suite again. My room heater didn’t work but they accommodated me with a portable heater that worked great. It was home away from home!
