Travelocity made it easy to book this room. The motel, the Red Roof Inn was absolutely awful and perhaps should not be offered on Travelocity. We had bad plumbing in our room and the front desk gave my husband a plunger to plunge our toilet. We were not offered a new room as they were sold out. The smell of marijuana also seeped in through our bathroom vent and the front desk staff didn’t remind neighboring guests to not smoke. I think it was absolutely awful that as guests, we had to plunge our own, paid room 2x. It was also very difficult to speak to the front desk during check out as there was a man (appeared to be homeless) arguing for a very long time with the associate, complaining that his room was rented to someone else. After waiting for so long we decided to leave and the cleaning staff was aware of our departure. We notified her of the issues with the plumbing.

Although it was clean, there was no remote for the tv. My husband and I got put in a disability access room where we were on a full size bed, when I booked I was told there were five queen rooms available. I was not aware of this situation til I made it to the property. So being hours away from home I had no choice but to keep the room 😞

Property location is okay but did see a transient picking up trash. Not much variety for breakfast but fir $80 I did not expect much. Front desk lady in the morning was nice as we had to deal with a mentally challenged traveler.

Very clean outside and in. The continental breakfast should include toast/rolls/bagels. We didn’t go down until about 8, so there may have been some of those items

The gentleman behind the counter was a delight the bed on the other hand was too stiff for my liking also the lights from outside were lighting my room and I had a hard time falling asleep.

Traveling through to my way to Fresno, my girls and i stopped for the night. For the condition and quality of the hotel the price was exorbitant. Walking to my parked car I saw used needles on the ground. The room was supposedly non smoking but smelled of smoke. The.bathrooms were not.clean and I saw bugs in the room. The "continental" breakfast is a joke, because there was only cereal and waffles. One woman was eating breakfast in the morning and tgen left to panhandle outside. Stay away.

Looks nothing like pictures. People on drugs running around in parking lot late at night and room hasn't even been properly cleaned by staff. Coffee maker don't work and paper cups that staff left in room are soaked with water. This is gross.
