When I arrived at the location to check in, the office was closed and the staff person was smoking in the parking lot. After waiting awhile I left, and returned later which set my studying time back

They have a night window for security reasons which is fine, but after getting the lady at the front desk attention she continued to count the cash and leave me in the cold for like ten minutes as I watched count the cash. Definitely not what I would call putting costumers first.
