The space
EVERYTHING BRAND NEW. If you are looking for an amazing place with all you need, here is it.

5 bedroom 7 beds 4 bathrooms home. Every room is unique and different from the others.

We have a dining area that accommodates 12 people to enjoy nice prepared meals in our amazing brand-new kitchen.

Enjoy your favorite shows in our relaxing living room with 75 75-inch 4k TV with Netflix and Sling TV.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.
Features:
- Key-less entry with door code upon arrival.
- Free Internet Wi-Fi.
- Family Room: Netflix, Sling TV, ethernet cables.
- Kitchen: Coffee maker, K-cup coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers.

- We required to take out the shoes inside of the property specially at the second floor.
- We have a rign door bell at the front door for security reasons.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Best place to stay.

The house was beautiful. It clean an organized. We loved everything about the house. The property owner were easy to communicate with. We will stay again and again. I recommend anybody coming to the Sacramento area to pick this place.

outdated Listing

This Listing Needs to be ungraded! There is no game room, the area that shows a Foosball Table and table tennis is now just a common sitting area, only a couch. The Room that is advertised with two twin beds no longer has two twin beds, instead there is a daybed with Trundle. The owners have a Noise Monitor installed so don't get excited over a Football game or Sing Happy birthday like we did are they will get an alert. Also. Vrbo App has checkin at 4pm however the owner says checkin has to be after 5 pm. I highly Suggest Bringing your own towels, the ones at the Property are old and harsh Overall it was a nice stay but the listing needs to be undated for sure! the Game room was one of the reasons I booked and was never told it was removed.

Great stay for a large party!

My family & I stayed here for this past Christmas and had a wonderful time. The host was accommodating and it was super easy to check in and out. The house was huge and so lovely for our large party. We had a fantastic time - would highly recommend.

Not enough towels and wash clothes. No sheets and pillows for the couch. No towels for the kitchen.

Broken chairs in the closet. Not enough dishes for the group of 10. Advertising was not consistent. One said check in 4 then changed to after 5. Changed number of people accommodated from 12 to 10. Had trouble getting in. Need to explain that better. We had to go to Walmart to get WiFi so we could call the manager. Over all we had a good time. Just need a few improvement. 3 wine glasses only

Clean, and Spacious

My family 7 - all adults - needed a place to stay while visiting our grandmother. We spent our time with her during the day and came back to this bouse at night just to sleep. Plenty of big bedrooms and bathrooms - condition is new and clean. Location is not a vacation spot itself, but serves our purposes perfectly.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all!

We had a tennis tournament at Laguna Creek Racquet Club and this was a great location. Plus warm up courts within walking distance was an added bonus! Excellent communication with the property manager.
