Welcome to this spacious 230 m² family home, designed to accommodate up to 9 people in optimal comfort.
Located in a quiet neighborhood of St Cyr-sur-Loire, it's the ideal place for a vacation with family, colleagues, or friends, with everything you need for young and old alike!

The ground floor is organized as follows:
- A large living room with a sofa where you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing or after your workday. You can watch TV and enjoy Wi-Fi.
The dining room is adjoining and features a large table for dining.
This very bright and welcoming space is perfect for gatherings and spending quality time together. - A separate kitchen where you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals just like at home (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.)
- An office and/or relaxation area
- A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet
- A separate toilet and a laundry room.

The upper floor comprises:
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A bedroom with a king-size double bed
- A bedroom with a single bed, a crib, and a changing table
- A master suite with a king-size bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower opening onto the bedroom
- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet

On sunny days, you can enjoy the garden for meals, the fruit trees, or just relaxing.

Families are welcome; everything is provided for babies and children: cribs, high chairs, toys, etc.

Finally, air conditioning is available in 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs for your comfort.

Whether you're looking for peace and quiet or family activities, our house is perfectly located for exploring the region while enjoying a peaceful and welcoming setting.

For your comfort, everything is included in the cleaning fee, and bed and bath linens are provided.

The house is easily accessible by public transport from the center of Tours, as well as by car.

Here, you can enjoy the charm of a quiet neighborhood while being close to all amenities: shops, markets, bakeries, parks, etc.

- A 5-minute drive from the banks of the Loire for walks or bike rides
- Close to several major highways for exploring the Loire Valley châteaux or exploring the vineyards
