Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The village is next to 2 ski resorts, (le Meygal and les Estables) and next to 2 golf courses 18 holes. In autumn the place is ideal for mushroom picking. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of bars, hairdresser, florist...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Baby bed and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20€ per stay.
