Très bon séjour dans cette charmante villa bien entretenue par les propriétaires. Acceuil également au top ! Tout est agencé pour passer un agréable Séjour.Nous etions un groupe d'amis sans enfants et sincèrement nous n'avons pas été déçu ! J'ai particulièrement apprécié que la présence d'un animal soit accepté et que le terrain soit entièrement clôturée ce qui permet d'être en sécurité que ce soit pour les animaux, les enfants ou même les voitures. Super séjour !
Très bon séjour passé en famille dans cette agréable et spacieuse maison. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, la maison était très propres à notre arrivée et tout est fonctionnel ! Concernant l’emplacement à Saint-Marcel-sur-Aude, il s’agit d’un village on retrouve tous les commerces nécessaires (supermarchés, boulangerie, tabac, pharmacie etc.). La maison est située dans un lotissement très calme, ce qui permet de profiter de bonnes soirées en extérieur

Excellent séjour en famille à St Marcel
Excellent nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa de St Marcel. La maison est fonctionnel et situé dans une rue calme. La piscine est très appréciée par forte chaleur. Deux super marché à proximité 5 minutes en voiture pour le premier et 5 mn à pied pour le second. La région est très belle à visiter et il y a de jolis ballades à faire . Un grand merci à Jacques et Maryse pour l'accueil vous êtes de super hôte.

Cette villa est l’une des meilleures que l’on ait loué. Un grand nombre de paramètres regroupés Un seul bémol : un seul wc, un peu court pour 6 personnes Le nettoyage final n’est pas compris et n’est pas signalé avant la réservation Nous en avons discuté avec les propriétaires car ils sont très réceptifs aux attentes de leurs locataires Merci à eux pour cette expérience dans leur belle région
