Spacious three story 2 bedroom with loft 2 bath Canyon Racquet Condo. Granite counters, stainless appliances, soothing two tone paint, gorgeous yet very comfortable furniture and finishes.

A refresh is coming in Summer 2026! The condo will feature all new flooring and carpet, along with updated living and dining furniture. Check back in July/August for new photos showcasing the updated space.

Private Hot Tub on secluded patio (professionally maintained). We’ve added outdoor lighting to the patio area.

Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Cottonwood Heights 'The City between the Canyons' (suburb of Salt Lake City). We are 9 miles from Alta, Snowbird (Little Cottonwood Canyon) and 12 miles from Solitude, Brighton (Big Cottonwood Canyon) and 15 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. Park City, The Canyons and Deer Valley resorts are only 25-31 miles away on I-80.

The Canyon Racquet condo community is very unique. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to many amenities, the condos are situated to allow privacy from neighbors. No hot tub or deck is close to another, and many are not visible to other units in the community. You don't have to worry about taking trash cans out once a week as we have community dumpsters for trash and recycling. 20 min to DOWNTOWN SLC. Large, attached two car garage. WALK to dinner/lunch at Porcupine pub, Eight Settlers Distillery, Saola and Alpha Coffee/cafe.

This town home is in one of the furthest buildings away from busy Wasatch Blvd (the main road to the canyons). It is very quiet and secluded.

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee. The outdoor pool is wonderful with two huge slides, three "rock" diving boards.

This was a nice, clean place with great amenties and easy access to skiing. Host left many thoughtful extras which were appreciated (including snacks, toiletries, spices, trail maps and an extra toothbrush and toothpaste) and was easy to communicate with. There was even a boot warmer. It was spacious and had a nice, private hot tub on the deck. Easy access to the slopes and a huge garage that would accomodate two large SUVs. My only criticism (and it wouldn't bother most people) is that they use scented fabric softener that left a scent in the whole home and made my asthma flare. Also, beware there are a lot of stairs. I expected this since it was a townhouse and it is not usually something I'd think about, but stairs are sometimes a pain after a long day of shredding, especially for a midwesterner who isn't used to the mountains. Another thing to note is that there is one full bathroom on the bedroom level and another full bath on the main level. Not a problem for us, but something to know ahead of time. All in all a good stay in a central location and great host.

Great place for family with access to ski resorts

We had a great stay at this condo for our ski vacation. We chose to stay in Cottonwood Heights to be near family who live in the area, but it turned out to be a great location for accessing Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons as we explored different resorts. The condo was comfortable for our family of 4, and the hot tub was the best thing for after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

We originally wanted to stay slope side and found this great place that is about 10 miles below Alta/Snowbird. To have restaurants, grocery, liquor store, Ski & See, Crumble Cookie + close and good location to do other options or city, was excellent. The condo setup and garage were also ideal for family and snowfall. Definitely want to return!

Location, value, and attention to detail

We (a family of four with two kids age 10 and under) stayed at this condo for a week-long ski vacation. 1.) The location is perfect for accessing the resorts in the Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons (and Park City is also relatively close). 2.) Restaurants, groceries, coffee, and ski-rental shops were just minutes away (and the last two were within walking distance). 3.) The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. The appliances (full washer/dryer) and kitchen items made the condo a quick and easy home-away-from-home. 4.) The property manager reached out to us before, during, and after the trip (thanks Jennifer!). 5.) The condo was well-stocked with travel tips, a Wii, up-to-date magazines, and also had trail maps for the local resorts (all reflective of exceptional attention to detail). 6.) The large garage (our SUV fit easily, even with a ski rack) and hot tub were a big plus. Great value – great condo. I'd stay here again.

Great location!

We had a really nice ski trip! Wish we would have had more snow, but the location of the condo was perfect and so conveniently located to a little bit of everything! Jennifer was super helpful and gave all the information needed. Thank you!

Fantastic location

Comfortable stay with all the amenities in a superb location of SLC. Truly accommodating and communicative managers. We had forgotten our items after checkout and they helped us make seamless arrangements for its return. Thank you!!
