Nature-inspired 2BR/2BA basement with private entrance, forest living room with indoor grass, “Rustic” wood lounge, and all-white “Pure” room for meditation and naps. Sleeps 6, baby crib, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Quiet neighborhood near I-15, airport, downtown SLC, FrontRunner, and ski access—perfect to relax, reset, and reconnect.

The space
This is a fully private basement level with its own entrance and multiple themed rooms:

Forest Living Room
Soft indoor “grass” floor, 360° forest murals, a comfortable sofa, and a large TV. A cozy, fun space for movies, games, and late-night conversations.

“Pure Room” – Bedroom / Relaxation Suite
A calming, all-white space with a low lounge-style bed, layered linens, and soft lighting. Clean, minimal, and peaceful—perfect for reading, journaling, meditating, or an afternoon nap.

“Rustic Room” – Warm Wood Lounge
Rich wood walls and ceiling, woven divider, cozy chair, and round table. This room has a warm, cabin-like feel, ideal for quiet talks, a glass of wine, or focused laptop work.

Fairy Light Bedroom
Bed with plush bedding, sheer drapes, string lights, and an LED light bar. At night, it becomes a dreamy, intimate suite—great for couples or anyone wanting a true retreat atmosphere.

Butterfly Garden Corner
Greenery-covered wall with butterflies, turf floor, simple chair, and side table. A perfect little corner for yoga, stretching, breathwork, prayer, or quiet reflection.

Two spa-style bathrooms

Modern Bath: bright white walls, dark-tile walk-in shower, rainfall-style shower head.

Rustic Cabin Bath: warm wood tones, custom barrel sink vanity, and lodge-style feel.

Vanity Corner
Blue glass vessel sink, floating shelves, and subtle rainbow reflections, creating a boutique-hotel vibe for your morning and evening routine.

Full Kitchen & Dining Area
Full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, sink, and basic cookware so you can cook real meals. The dining table works for family dinners, board games, or as a workstation.

Laundry & Family-Friendly Amenities
In-unit washer/dryer combo for longer stays. A baby crib is available on request, making it easier for families traveling with infants.

Getting around
Transit

Woods Cross FrontRunner Station is about a 5-minute drive or short rideshare.

FrontRunner runs south to North Temple Station, where you can transfer to the TRAX Green Line that goes directly into the airport terminal, offering a convenient car-free airport route.

During ski season, UTA Ski Bus routes from the valley connect to major resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Brighton), reachable via a combination of FrontRunner/TRAX and ski buses.

Most major ski resorts can generally be reached in 40–60 minutes, depending on traffic and weather—ski by day and return to a spa-like retreat at night.
