BMT Grads Stay! Minutes to Lackland + Pool & Theme Parks

The community is a safe, family friendly, quiet neighborhood and also comes with a Large covered Playground next to a large in ground pool. We have a one car garage equipped with a garage opener, which you will be given. The home was made to feel as comfortable as possible. We use this home strictly for rentals now and tailor it towards BMT Graduates family and comfortability, and many families coming in to enjoy a vacation at a home away from home as well. We are aware families will be staying here and kids may also accompany them so we have made some child proof additions to our home. All outlet covers are covered and we provide a pack n play with a set of sheets for you child. We have a large sectional couch with a wide ottoman. The dining rooms seats 6 but we have dish settings for 8. We have a fully stocked kitchen and pride ourselves on helping families save money by cooking home and providing all of the essentials needed. We do provide some toiletries, dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo, body soap, and paper products and towel sets for 8. We provide HD TV on all TVs. Main living room has a 55'' HDTV and both Master bedroom and Queen Bedroom have 32' HD TV's. Wifi available. House is all automatic entry and you are given a key code to get in house and to disarm security alarm. We have a nice covered patio in our backyard with seating for 4. Charcoal grill and grill tools included.

Full Schedule:
March 7 – March 15 (Open All of Spring Break)
May 2 – May 17 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
August 15 – September 27 (Open Weekends Only Saturdays & Sundays)
May 23 - August 9 (Open Season, 6 days a week swim)

Pool Hours:
Wednesday through Monday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Closed for cleaning on Tuesdays

The pool will be open on Memorial Day and Labor Day and closed the Tuesday after the holiday.
Pool devices will not allow access if the pool is scheduled closed.

BMT GRADUATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Please keep in mind that your Airman is not permitted outside the San Antonio 1604 LOOP. We are well within this loop and right outside the base. If for some reason your Airman is recycled, we will reschedule your reservation to the new dates if available or fully refund your deposit.
