Newly Renovated Townhouse in a Great Location.

This newly remodeled single story townhouse located near the Medical Center and less than 15 minutes to most tourist attractions, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths in an ample 1,400 square feet. It is designed to comfortably sleep 8.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed with a master bath that includes a shower/tub and walk in closet, as well as a 43 inch smart TV. Bedroom #2 also has a king size bed and smart TV. Bedroom #3 has two full size beds and a smart TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with tub and shower.


The townhouse includes a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a family room with a 49 inch smart TV, washer and dryer, and even a private fenced patio.

The complex is gated and has a great walking trail. Projected Pool Opening is May 10. The pool is not artificially heated. Pool is occasionally closed without notice for maintenance. Pool code is given after check in.

This unit has 2 reserved (uncovered) parking spaces right in front of the townhouse, plus plenty of extra visitor parking spaces near by.

DOG RULES:

CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

NO DOGS OVER 50 LBS OR UNDER 1 YEAR OF AGE.

Pet fee us $75 Dog, $90 for 2 dogs. We allow maximum of 2 dogs.
It is paid through VRBO either at the time of reservation, or before check in.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS: NO CATS ALLOWED
Please take a moment to read some housekeeping items about pets.  We are dog owners and dog lovers, and we like our guests to bring their pets, because we know from personal experience, how that enhances a vacation and simplifies the arrangements.  We ask you to follow some simple rules, that are, of course, not necessary in your own home, because your pets are used to their own home environment.  Also, please reflect that the home is used by pet owners and also by others who do not tolerate pets.

When you are not home, or not supervising your pet, we ask that you kennel them.  Our home has been damaged from well behaved pets that altered their behavior in the new environment.  If you cannot bring a kennel, we will provide one for you.  Worst case, we ask that you close the pet in a bathroom. when you cannot supervise your pet.

Do not allow pets on the beds for any reason.

Please pick up all pet waste from the yard before you leave. There is a $25 fee per poop pile. 

Do not use the white towels for pets (or makeup).
1 Brown towel is provided for your dog.

Please control barking, so we do not disturb the neighbors. 

Outside of the home, please keep your pet on a leash. Please do not allow your pet to disturb the drip system.  We have had to charge fees to repair the drip system from curious dogs. 

I hope these simple rules do not impact your vacation.  They are necessary so we can continue to allow pets in our home.  Thank you so much for your consideration.  We consider it an honor that you chose our home, and want you enjoy your stay, and return in the future.

POOL RULES
Approx open dates April to September. The pool is not artificially heated. Pool closure due to maintenance occasionally, and is not knowable in advance.

Rental guests from VRBO may use the pool and have the same rights as owners.  None of our guests have ever been challenged but if asked, your response should be “We are renting 4941 Arbor Ridge”.  You may not have more than 4 persons at the pool at one time, and children must be supervised by an adult.  Pool parties for larger groups are not permitted.  (Video cameras are used at all times.)
Pool code is given after check in. Please do not share the code with anyone.

Pool hours are generally 10am to 10pm except closed Monday mornings and at unpredictable times by the HOA for pool maintenance.  

No Lifeguard is on duty, do not swim alone.  Swim at your own risk.  Call 911 for emergencies. 

No balloons, alcohol, small toys, glass, animals, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates, diving, profanity, climbing, running, jumping, horseplay, pushing, loud music, yelling or approaching the waterfall.  

You must bring pool chairs from the townhouse outdoor closet, there are no chairs provided at the pool for health reasons.  

Do not use the pool if anyone in your household has been sick or exposed to someone that has been sick or tested positive in the last 2 weeks.

Use hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the pool. 
Maintain 6 feet between other people. Inside and outside of the pool.
Follow the recommended guidelines published by the CDC.

Please clean the BBQ grill after using it. The housekeeper does not do this and we have to charge for a dirty grill. If the propane is empty you can refill it at Lowes at 7901 Callaghan road a short distance from the house.

Owners thought of everything!

This property was conveniently located to a local grocery store, various restaurants, coffee roaster, brewery, and quick access to major roads and highways. The property was clean and very inviting; the owners definitely put thought into the things that would make their guests' stay easier and comfortable! If we need a place in the area in the future, we would def stay here again!

Highly recommend!!

Safe neighborhood, very quiet, cannot hear anyone outside. Peaceful. I really liked that there was a gate. Easy to access the highway and everything was within 30 mins or less. Perfect spot!

Comfortable stay

We stayed in this roomy townhouse for 10 days. It was very well stocked, unlike others I've stayed at. All you need is food, and the HEB is super close. The beds, pillows and linens ensured a sound sleep. Thank you Ronny and David for a wonderful stay.

Hospital stay.

As we were in San Antonio for an organ transplant, this house was located near the hospital. It was in a very safe neighborhood and we never worried about coming in late. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay. We will be coming back for followup appointment and we hope this property will be available in the future. V

Great location, great house and great hosts

My family came from out of town and wanted to visit San Antonio. The house was easy to get to, check in was easy, house is beautiful and very clean. Great beds and layout. Sitting is a bit crowded for 6 people but we didn’t mind. The shower in the main bedroom was hard to open but host responded quickly and showed us the trick. Overall, highly recommend!

OF ALL THINGS THAT WENT BAD, THIS WAS OUR OASIS!

Let me first state that ZERO went wrong with the property, service and rental with these incredible hosts! THEY were our beacon of light in the storm. VRBO FAILED US, OUR PREVIOUS HOST FAILED US, A SERIOUS TRAFFIC INCIDENT FAILED US...AND NOTHING could have been better with the rental We were professionally welcomed and VERY well received. Nearly everything was perfect. From amenities and available support items, to constant and kind comms, assuring our stay was like having a personal host, to San Antonio. Nit inly would I recommens a stay with this host, I will SOLEY insist upon using them ANYTIME I visit. A wonderful property that accounted for a family. And no one was limited in their joy. All spoke VERY hughly of the residence and ALSO wished the information, to be guests with them. MANY THANKS. I have far more to say...but the VRBO system is literally glitching while Im writing. Be very careful with whom and how you rent. VRBO will birden little to no accountability, no matter what they claim. They didnt back the guest,and they chose not to stand on our behalf while we all wit essed a problem with their own system. Dont let that change your desire to stay with these hosts. They willdo all they can, to make it better,if within their limits. our OASISour beacon of light
