Beautiful hotel! Rooms were nice and clean and very comfortable. The customer service was great. Loved the pool! We had dinner at the resto one night and it was fab. Only thing I’d suggest is asking for a room that doesn’t adjoin to another because you can hear everything next door.

Lovely hotel in great location. Recepton staff very good. Breakfast staff chatted amonst themselves all morning. Spa area is really poorly designed. Walk through the pool area and downstairs with dirty shoes to a tiny "changing room" which is a few showers and toilets with a stool outside. And door opens directly on to reception area so no privacy for changing. Swimmers also drip down the stairs so an accident waiting to happen!! Some gym equipment broken. And the gym and pool don't open until 11am!!!!! Why? Not supervised so just open before breakfast!

This hotel is splendid and in very good condition, the situation of the hotel is magnificent. The food, breakfast and one dinner were ok, but there are good dining options close at hand. Staff very helpful.

Very modern hotel. Beautiful views of the Lake and it is at edge of the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Absolutely Beautiful! The employees are very attentive and smiles in their faces. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of pastries at the Argentinian style, beside fruits and cold cuts.

Great stay!

We had a great stat at Alma! The friendly service at the front desk and upstairs at the restaurant was especially nice. Its summer, and we are used to US air conditioning, so the staff was kind enough to bring us a fan to help us sleep at night. Breakfast was very nice, room was clean, bed comfortable. The views from the balcony were simply amazing!

I’ve ask for the benefit of the upgrade and they told me they don’t have rooms for upgrade. I ask to pay for an upgrade they give me a smaller room and I have to pay for it staff not friendly or helpful
