The home is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near a golf course and just down the street from the Rip Curl store. A bar located across the street offers a fun option for music and drinks if you’re looking for a night out.

Many nearby hotels and vacation rentals are located on this same street.

Check-in: After 4 PM (self check-in)

Check-out: By 10:30 AM

Late checkout without approval: $50 fee

No smoking (smoking fee $300)

No parties or events

Fireplace is not available for guest use

Please do not place unwashed sandy beach towels in the dryer

Furniture and décor must be returned to original placement (rearranging fee $50)
