Guest access will be via a door code to get into the property. Please be aware the owner lives below the rental property but in no way is the home shared with the owner. Everything in the rental is private to you the guest.

Please make sure to curb your tires (turn them toward the curb). Even on a slight slope, the city requires this, and parking enforcement is known to check. If tires aren’t properly curbed, they can issue a $65 ticket, so we definitely recommend doing it!
