The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! The location of the condo was great! The boardwalk and beach are steps away. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The extra fans and air conditioner in the bedroom were great for sleeping. There was a minor issue with the fan in one of the bathrooms, which we relayed to the owner. The owner is quick to respond with questions and such. We would stay here again.

This is a great property in a fantastic location on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the condo every evening and listening to the crashing of the waves. It was useful to have free parking and a guaranteed parking space in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and there are plenty of shops nearby. Communication with the owner was very good both before and during our stay.
