Great location right next to the beach and Belmont park. Fantastic ocean view. Property was as described and having a garage in a busy parking area was very convenient.The checkin process was simple, and the hosts were super quick to reply to any questions. We had a late flight, and they were nice enough to give us a later checkout. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment for our needs! Very clean and with 2 bedrooms with in suite bathrooms, it was just right for the two of us and my small service animal. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The elevator (we’re getting older and don’t do stairs well) delivered us practically to our door. The garage parking was a real plus as parking in the Mission Bay area is at a premium. If we go back to San Diego we will book it again!

We loved this place

The space is just as advertised, beds and couches are comfy, awesome direct views of the ocean and park, plenty to do nearby. Hosts are very attentive. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

The condo was just as advertised. Location was excellent. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our one week stay. The property manager was very communicative, checked in with us to make sure all was ok, and responded quickly to a small maintenance need that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was in a good location. A bit of road noise more so on weekends. Rental was very well stocked. One of the bedrooms just got too hot and even with fans was never cool enough for a decent night sleep.

Great beach property

The description of the property was exactly as listed. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. The view of the beach and park were spectacular. It was very close to restaurants and activities. Christmas vacation

The property was accurately described in the post. It was well maintained and stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies. I appreciated not having to buy dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. The location was great and I liked the extra security with the elevator and stair codes.

Great beach walk location

We had a great time at this spot. Centrally located on Mission beach. Walkable to most everything you need. Beach cruisers in the closet made for a longer outing and boogie boards kept us busy most of the day! Hosts were super responsive, check in was simple and easy. Condo was clean and as pictured. We left a bit of coffee for the next crew to take advantage of the coffee pot. Great place to sleep and even better if you want to spend your time at the beach or Belmont park. Thanks a bunch and we definitely recommend the stay! Cheers!

Great stay

The location,description and appearance of the property were all just as listed. They do mention the parking situation in the listing and they were not wrong. Parking is a challenge if taking a large vehicle as our truck did not fit. The property management responded very quickly and offered options nearby for free and paid parking and it was a short walk away for free parking. The location could not be better. It can get a bit noisy at night on the weekends but that is expected being right next to Belmont Park. Our family had a great time and would definitely return if coming back to San Diego.
