The 3 bedrooms Guest house property is located on the ground floor of our home with its own separate entrance.
Our home is conveniently located near many major San Diego areas. There are 3 different bus stops around the block 5 -10 minutes walking distance of our home.
Centrally located to the beach, downtown, 5-minutes to Sea World, 15 minutes to the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park, 10 minutes to Pacific Beach, 10 minutes to La Jolla Village and La Jolla Shores Beach, 15 minutes to the San Diego Airport (ie. $15.00 Uber Ride). Easy access to I-5.
Fully furnished in each room with a couch In living room and a dining table and a full kitchen.
***Due to close proximity to the coast, we constantly have ocean breeze and therefore do not have an air conditioner.
****This is a smoke-free property.****
No smoking of any kind, marijuana or tobacco, is allowed. Smoking anywhere on the property, inside and in the yard, will result in a fee deduction from your deposit.
This is a quiet residential area that is not accommodating to some groups and types of visits.
DUE TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE HOUSES AND NOISE, NO PARTIES, LOUD BBQs OR GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
