From valet parking - they were very helpful. But once our cart got inside the lobby, it took awhile to bring it up. Inhad to call remind them. I get it, busy day since it was Valentines weekend. Customer Service - Checking In was easy. No lines and service was very quick. Staff was friendly. Lobby - It was really nice, I didnt spend much time walking around there but ambiance was nice. The Market - The Market is their convenient store and two way access near the elevator. Food was good. Wish they had other selection for hot breakfast. Room - Love our room. It was clean. View was beautiful. We really tired so not much to say. Oh bathroom shower was a walk-in which I loved.

Our valentines weekend stay was great. This has been our go to hotel for years! However I did encounter a very rude front desk woman when we were checking out. I had a question regarding the sign that was placed in my room after it was cleaned. Stating this is a non smoking room and you will be charged $250 cleaning fee. We weren’t sure if this was just a warning or if they were going to charged us. My husband is asthmatic and I most definitely do not smoke. When I ask front desk she said “all our rooms are non smoking” “if you smoke in the room you will be charged a fee” so i explained we are non smokers. She kept laughing at me. $250 is a lot of money when you dont even smoke. Staff should be more polite. The interaction was very unprofessional.

The room was great and the location was fantastic. It was very easy to walk to most of the important sights. We arrived during a storm and were woken by a state emergency phone alert in the middle of the night, the hotel made a creaking noise all night for just this night, we think it was the anti-earth quake feature so its a very safe hotel.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything else met my expectations. The staff were polite, and the atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. The only disappointing part of my stay was the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, the food quality was not good, and I even found a hair in my sandwich, which was quite unpleasant. This experience did not match the otherwise high standard of the hotel. Aside from the restaurant issue, everything else was great. I would consider staying here again, but I would probably dine outside the hotel
