Boutique feel; clean and quiet hotel. Super convenient location and plenty of restaurants nearby. First time staying at a hotel where there isn’t an onsite, in person host. Was a little nervous but as it turned out, my reservation was unnecessary. The added value was the complimentary onsite laundry which was super for my 7 days stay.

Not able to gain entry to hotel. Never recieved door code prior to arrival. Contacted support, both AI and telephone support thru number listed for help-Support. I look for clean, safe, comfort, location and value when evaluating a hotel. Kasa Niche had it all. It was remodeled not that long ago and they have thrown in amenities in the room. Understand that there isnt a lobby attendant but they were very responsive via text to my questions and needs. So if you need that level of face to face service, not your place.
