Everything was so amazing staff it was so clean everyone was so friendly. We only had one problem the location i wish someone would have warned us about the homeless i get it everyone goes thu something we helped a few folks but staff should have told us or someone should have. Just a heads up don't walk outside after midnight just protect yourself and to be honest keep ur head on a swivel at night.

I had a 1 night stay for a business trip. Facility is clean and bed is comfortable. There were some homelessness but it didn’t bother me since the front doors are securely lock with buzz entrance. I will definitely come back.

Stayed for two night and had an Amazing experience with staff. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly and provided what I needed for my pups stay! Overall had a wonderful experience and a plus was there amazing bedding with European duvets which provided extra comfort with my stay !

Expedia claims "what see is what you pay" this is not true. they changed me an additional $41 a day for the opportunity to ride the hotels bikes and get 1 bottle of water that I could refill. Expedia should not say things that are untrue and hotel should not a fee for things that are a joke.

Gorgeous corner room, very comfy bed, and a super old hotel to explore *inside*. Outside... well... it's the Tenderloin district, so beware. The free drink was a nice touch after a busy day

Hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Room was small even though we had a king bed. There was no place to put our 2 suitcases. Even just to open them up to unpack, which we didn’t need to do since we were staying only 2 nights was impossible & annoying! You couldn’t even walk around the bed..there was no room! space was very limited in the whole room, but the bed was very comfy. Linens were beautiful.

The carpet in the hotel hallways and rooms smells... and it was not pleasant. I aired out the room the best I could and it was tolerable but I wouldn't want to stay again. The staff were pleasant, no issues there. Also, the area surrounding the hotel is really not nice.
