If you're going to San Francisco to see all the things, this is a perfect location! Walkable to the Wharf, Pier 39/33, Chinatown, etc. and easy access to transit. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay.

Beautiful property with great proximity to everything. All things considered, we didn’t really mind the elevator being out of commission for repairs. Definitely would love to come back again and hang out on the rooftop to watch the sunset/sunrise!

Wonderful Family Stay.

The suite was very nice. We would stay again and will be telling friends and family about how nice everything was. For the first time in all our travels we did not need to request extra towels or pillows. We needed to think about any suggestions. They are very minor… a light in the closet (a simple motion detecting puck light would be enough) and a fan for the bathroom. The staff were very nice and kind. We didn’t mind the elevator being out of service. When we return to San Francisco I hope we can stay at the Suites again.

Our room had very little natural light and was dark and had a musty odor. Too bad, I thought from the picture that I was reserving room with a deck and lots of light. Staff were very nice. Parking was just so tight and heard other guests say the same about the parking.

Amazing stay

Our stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations! Very clean,lots of cooking items to make simple meals and a super comfortable bed. The location is ideal for sightseeing. Fisherman’s wharf is within walking distance, Alcatraz visible from the rooftop deck and Lombard Street a few blocks away plus a trolley right outside the door! Area felt very safe. Richard was a great resource and answered all of our questions and filled us up with supplies as needed. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

We were pleased to stay at this property in San Francisco for a second time at the end of August, having first stayed in 2019. The accommodation is well presented and maintained with the suites providing excellent facilities - bedroom, bathroom, lounge area with bed settee and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Great location less than five minutes walk to the Fishermans Wharf tourist area and well-served by public transport - buses and the Hyde - Powell cable car. Fantastic rooftop terrace with views of the bay, the city skyline and Alcatraz Island. Basement parking and laundry facilities. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would definitely look to stay again in the future if we are lucky enough to be able to return to San Francisco.

We had a great 5 nights at Suites at Fisherman’s Wharf. The location is excellent, cable car and bus stops right outside but also only a few minutes walk to Ghirardelli Square and Fisherman’s Wharf. The room itself was spacious and clean and I believe recently refurbished. The staff are very polite and helpful, we have to give a special mention to Jomel who went above and beyond when we needed to take our daughter to the Emergency Room - we are so grateful for his help! We highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back to SF, we will stay here again.

Excellent stay

Fantastic location. Lovely apartment fully self contained. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking charge but we parked at a nearby garage instead.
