The woman at check-in was curt, not at all friendly and we had to wait a bit at the desk to check in. There was some sort of gathering at the hotel because there was loud music playing and a lot of groups of people walking around making a lot of noise late into the night, past 10pm. I also noticed that they were handing out little bags to people early in the morning. It is not fair to customers who were not part of the event to deal with a sleepless night, because the hotel caters to large events.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Convenient location with several shops and restaurants nearby. Complimentary cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch. There was a false fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night during our stay but the staff apologized and compensated us with $50 off our room charge. We’ll stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We were not given the accessible room we reserved and paid for. The desk clerk checking us in told us it was given to someone else in spite of it being reserved. Desk clerk was not helpful, tried to say that we were called to verify that an accessible room was necessary. When i said i never received a call and asked when they tried to call, she dropped it and wouldn't answer my question. We were told there was nothing to be done, no discount, only Hilton points could be given.

Everything you'd need is within a short walking distance. A gazillion restaurants, groceries, shopping. And a huge mall is a longer walk or extremely short drive. The property is clean and nice and the fitness center is great. I'll come back for sure.

The fire alarm went off at 2:52am!!! No one announced that everything was okay OR to leave the building. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much and now I have a 3 hour drive.
