Staff was very nice- we got there after dark so the ride was a little crazy but fun! Big shout out to the front desk ( I forgot their names I’m sorry) but both the woman and young gentleman were so helpful. We got there late and tried Uber Eats and he was even going to help order off his phone since mine wouldnt connect…cute comfy rooms..cute landscaping..easy to get a shuttle. BREAKFAST was the best, the woman working that was sooo friendly - the area itself was very desolate but perfect to access the airport…THANK YOU!

Breakfast was good, Staff was really nice and friendly. Place was very clean except for a tiny bit of something really sticky and pink like gum on one of the beds. Grounds were pretty good, was cool to see a huge iguana near the parking. Pool was too cold to use that day but looked good.

Solid continental breakfast, nice pool and hotel grounds. Felt safe on hotel grounds but it was in a sketchy industrial neighborhood. Rooms were comfortable but dated. Bathtub clogged up and wouldn’t drain.

Everything in the description of the property was accurate. Reliable service. Location is good if one is interested to catch a flight or just comes into SJO. It is not a place to spend a lot of time. It is an honest three-star hotel.

The room had a musty smell. Really basic, outdated, and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The man at the reception collected 15 USD for the airport shuttle the following morning, however another receptionist told us in the morning that he had no authority to collect our money and that we were supposed to pay the driver. So, we lost the money.

We flew in late and decided to just stay at an airport hotel rather than venture out to our rental being tired and it being dark out. This hotel is pretty basic and dated but it served the purpose for an overnight stay. We took the shuttle from the airport. It was actually a bit scary when the shuttle turned off the highway onto a dirt road with no lighting. The area seemed a bit sketchy. The price was very reasonable. My booking did not include breakfast though so I did find $10 )”($USD) expensive for a limited breakfast.
