We stayed January 2026 on the front end of a business trip in San Juan and had a great time. The condo is part of a twin gated high-rise community that flanks a marina and sits on the Caribbean Sea. It had all we needed and offers great value. The first time you arrive you have to give your name to access the compound / main gate and then entering the building requires using a call box the very first time. Once you get into the unit, there's a keycard that opens the main gate and gets you into the lobby. Although we found the surrounding area to be safe and very quiet, the main gate is staffed 24/7 so it's great for safety / families if you're new to the island -- there's no way anyone not staying at the condos could access the fenced compound. This unit is on the 21st floor and the views from the windows and balcony are really breath taking. The condo itself is comfortable for 2 to 4. The bedrooms have A/C the rest of the condo does not. Due to the elevated position and proximity to the sea opening the windows gave a great breeze so we were never uncomfortable it was actually really nice. There is no laundry in the unit, the building has a laundry room with plenty of washers/dryers that take quarters available on site. The pool is very large and has a great view, in January it was fine to swim but not heated. Has a baby pool but no hot tub. Beaches are about a 10 minute drive, we did several great excursions accessible by car including kayak, rain forest, ferry.

This location has the nicest views you can find. Everything you need is right there. We used the pool, the laundry room, saw the sun rise and set. I couldnt recommend this location anymore.

Vacay with my Sonshine

We had a better than expected stay!! We loved comfort and safety we felt at this beautiful condo. I slept very peacefully, the beds were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous!! All the supplies for the beach was perfect for our beach plans. It was a great location for our ferry & snorkeling excursions!! Although, we did wish we did have more down time to enjoy this condo... we should've planned an additional night here to really take it in. My son loved relaxing in the hammock!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo, Incredible view

We absolutely loved staying in this beautifully updated and comfortable condo. The view is beyond amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out of the marina. When we had an issue with the shower drain not working, our host was quick to send a handyman who fixed the problem. The high speed internet and smart TV were very much appreciated by our teenager who asked if we could come back here again, to which I said, absolutely! We went zip lining, kayaked the bioluminescent bay and ate at several great restaurants. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Terrific apartment

We stayed for a week. The apartment does indeed have an amazing view. You can see all the way to Icacos and Culebra beyond. It is very comfortable. You can create a wonderful cross breeze by opening the sliding door and the windows. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Stay

We enjoyed a beautiful family vacation in July and stayed here. The location was ideal with plenty of places nearby for dining and leisure. Check in was easy and the condo felt very safe. They had 24/7 security at the gate and there was access control into the condo as well. When we arrived, everything was ready for our stay. The view and breeze on the balcony at night was amazing.It was very clean inside and if we had to communicate with the owner, they were fast and efficient. The condo was quiet and we definitely recommend.

Gorgeous views and beautiful coastal decor and vibe

We absolutely loved this beautiful condo and the patio had the most amazing views - more than I had even hoped for! Beds were super comfortable and kept us cool at night even in the heat of summer. Condo provided a rolling cart, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels and made our trips to the beach easy and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would 100% book here again!

There is not a better view for the dollars in all the Caribbean! You have to rent a car to make it workable though but if you know that before hand it’s an amazing spot near a lot of cool stuff!
