Beatrice is excellent to deal with and responds quickly. There were beach chairs, basketballs,and many other beach toys that were very appreciated. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach.The tips she gives are excellent and very extensive.

The room was well stocked and clean. It offered great views out of every room. The pool area and beach was very nice. We enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to the Walgreens and plenty of restaurants.

Amazing place to stay

15th floor end of the wing so had views three ways, even from the balcony. I sat on the balcony anytime we were back at the place. Ocean view and could see the hole beach probably a mile each way. Great restaurants nearby. Easy to get Ubers to other places we wanted to be. Nice big outdoor pool right out back before the beach for the kids to play in besides the non stop wave pool they had a blast in the ocean! Just one funny comment: The dryer door was dangerous. Lol. Trying to get laundry from washer up into the dryer we kept getting bumped in the head. đŸ„° we hope to come back and stay here again.

We loved staying at this unit. Its view was just amazing. The only downside is the noisy street lol. Not a big issue but Puerto Ricans do know how to party day and night
