This property was as-described, in great shape, well appointed, and in a lovely location right across the lawn from the beach. The pool was also great, as was the feeling of security with the full gated community. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again!One note is that the property management web-app they use had incorrect information for both driving directions and gate entry instructions, so be sure to clarify with the friendly and communicative host before you show up and are surprised by that.

If you’re looking for a serene stay with beautiful beach views, this is the place you wanna be. Went there with my niece to decompress & the beach-view was amazing just steps away from the apartment, and enjoyed the pool as well Place was very clean. DEFINITELY booking this place again.!

Wonderful Beach Stay

If you want a peaceful , close to beach, beach view and well maintained property then look no further. This place has everything if you want to unwind. This place has a beach view and if needed you can just walk over to the inviting ocean. This place also had a swimming pool that my kids loved. There were friendly guards and gated community so it never felt unsafe. The place came with enough beach gear that we used all of it during our stay. The 4 ACs were the best part as it cooled the rooms down within few mins. There are local vendors and food places within 30 min drive, in case you feel the need to shop or eat. Obviously if you need more choices, you can always head down down to other towns or san juan but we loved the local flavors. The owner(Rafael) was super responsive. We had two issues with parking spot and door pin not working. But all was sorted out with little help from Rafael. Overall we had a calm and relaxing stay. We definately would come back again.

Beach getaway

The property was beautiful, clean, and bright. We loved having views and direct access to the beach and to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking most of what we wanted to cook. We enjoyed our stay. You’ll definitely want a car to get anywhere, but we had one, so no problems exploring. We had a great time!
