We are in Isla Verde (San Juan`s nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Our area is very lively. No need to rent a car.

Fully remodeled 1 bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular un the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.

Large parties: We manage many other apartments in this same building.

Clean room with everything we needed close to the condo. Walgreens across the street, bars and restaurants 5 minutes walking distance. Beach is behind the condo. Easy access to everything!! My family loved it. Condo was clean and well maintained. Extra bed is a sofa bed. That was okay. Wish they had air mattress but worked with what was there!

Welcoming stay with great view

Our stay here was perfect. Definitely won't regret your stay here. The view is incredible from balcony. The place was very clean and furnished with just everything you need on a daily basis. AC worked great, blew cold air as soon as you turn it on and can cool the place down within a couple minutes. Standing shower was really nice too. Hot water takes a minute to kick, so just be a little patient with it. Otherwise nice hot shower after hiking the trails at the rainforest all day was great! Bed was soft with plenty pillows and extra blankets. Host responded to emails right away and addressed all questions! Really really really enjoyed our stay here. Oh and smart TV with cable was a plus too!!

View alone is worth it!

Great condo! View is above and beyond perfect! Air conditioning was ice cold and felt so good after a hot day at the beach. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach, so my fair skin definitely appreciated that, although there was 2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler and boogie boards provided in the condo if you dont want to rent any. The condo is located right on the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Have zero complaints about this condo and would not hesitate to book with beatrice again in the future.

Condo was clean and felt private. Beach area was right outside and the view was amazing. Pool was very clean. Many restaurants to choose from right across the street. Having Walgreens across the street was a huge plus. I would stay here again if I come back.

Property located on perfect section of beach. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in on vacation! Walgreens right across the street for everything you need. My ONLY gripe is that there is NO food or drink allowed in the pool. Not just no glass but nothing allowed. I can see having to purchase items from management but nothing is sold there either. Kinda bums a guy out when you can't sit by the pool with a cold beer. Otherwise great place. I would definately go back!

Enjoyed our stay

My family enjoyed our stay there during thanksgiving week. The Unit was everything the description says. It had a few deficiencies, but Beatrice was able to respond and accommodate in a timely manner(use the contact number provided on VRBO page, not the one from emails). We've seen many beaches around the world, beach here is definitely one of the most beautiful, smooth sand, no rocks, no shells, no seaweeds, calm water, just lovely. Old SanJuan was a must for us. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, Lupi's and Alambique Beach Lounge was our favorite. Book your activities online, unlike other tourism place, people are not aggressive in soliciting here, very chill. We do recommend a rental car, it is a big island. For check-in, pull your car up to the gate, call security, they will buzz you in. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

A perfect getaway

The condo is close to the airport with scenic views of Isla Verde's beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the scenic days pass. Beatrice was quick to respond to any questions and checking in/out was an easy process. We would definitely stay at one of her rentals in the future.

Great location-needs some work.

The condo is located on an upper level on Isla Verde beach with a beautiful 180 degree view of the ocean. The pictures on line make the condo look like it is in amazing condition but it's not. Pros: great location with easy walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens, CVS. Balcony is nice and doors slide back completely. Washer & dryer in bedroom closet which was nice to have but was not shown on info sheet. Fully gated outside grounds are nice and includes pool, basketball court. Easy access to the beach which has loungers and umbrellas available for $18 for 2 people. Beach is nice, no rocks. Cons: Condo needs some work. Ceiling has numerous cracks, stains on the walls. Worn and uncomfortable living room furniture. Living room end tables need a lamp due to harsh lighting. Limited electrical outlets in facility with none in the bathroom which makes it difficult to get ready. I had to blow dry hair either in the kitchen or livingroom. Bathroom shower has no place for shampoo or soap. Limited towels. No venting in bathroom. Kitchen not well supplied. Tap water has a terrible smell like moss so we had to buy our water from Walgreens across the street. No dishwasher. One kitchen towel. Bedroom was good. Bed was hard. Sufficient storage for clothes and shoes since we were there for 10 days. Worse part for me was that it was supposed to be a non smoking facility but the people in the other condos were always smoking cigarettes or weed on their balconies which would go right into our condo. Also our neighbor painted their condo so there were paint fumes coming in. The last few days they were either staining or waterproofing the condo facility so then there were those fumes also. I had to contact the host a few times regarding electrical outlets not working, lack of towels, dead batteries, blind falling down and not working. She responded right away which was nice. I emailed her a couple of times prior to arrival but received no response. We would not use this condo again.

Beautiful view and location. Property was clean and conveniently located to restaurants and shops and the beach. Biggest problem was getting in and out of the apartment; was complicated if you have a car. Entrance for apartment building not clearly marked and looks like a service entrance.
